When we charge, and when money comes back
This page states the policy for every way New Matrix Capital can charge you. It is short because the model is simple: nothing is charged up front, and a charge tied to an outcome reverses when the outcome reverses.
1. Nothing up front
Opening an account, building your file, connecting a bank, being scored, being routed to capital partners, and receiving and comparing offers cost nothing. There is no signup fee, no subscription requirement, and no advance fee of any kind. Because nothing is charged for these, there is nothing to refund on them.
2. The merchant platform service fee
Merchants pay one charge on the platform: a success fee charged only after a funded deal, stated in dollars on the offer before you accept it, and collected from the payment method on your file or by invoice after the funds land. It is never collected in advance.
If a funded deal is rescinded or unwound - the financing partner takes the funds back under its own agreement with you - the service fee tied to that deal is reversed. If it was already collected, we refund it. If it was invoiced and unpaid, the invoice is cancelled. Write to us at the address below with the deal in question; a reversal request needs nothing more than that.
3. Partner charges
Capital partners and other business partners are charged only on outcomes: referral fees on lender-paid placements, purchases they choose to make, and amounts owed under the Lender Master Agreement. A commission or referral fee tied to a deal that is later rescinded, refunded, or disputed is reversed under the same agreement that created it, including the clawback terms it states.
4. Lead orders
Lead marketplace orders are charged when the order is delivered. If an order is materially not as described in its listing, contact us within 15 days of delivery with the order number and what was wrong; we review every such report and credit or refund orders that do not match their listing.
5. Paid plans
Paid plans, where offered, can be cancelled at any time from your settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the plan stays active through the end of the period already paid for. If you were charged in error - a renewal after a completed cancellation, or a duplicate charge - tell us and we refund it in full.
6. How to reach us
Every refund or cancellation question goes to info@newmatrix.capital. Include the business name on the account and, for a specific charge, the date and amount. We answer from the same address.
