## What we are

New Matrix Capital is a unified commercial-finance intelligence and operating platform: one system for merchants, funders, ISOs, brokers and lead vendors, on one partner login per company. On the merchant side it is a two-sided commercial-finance marketplace. Merchants prepare one funding file (bank connection preferred; statement upload as fallback). The platform routes that file to funders whose stated box the deal fits. Compensation comes from the financing partner when a deal funds. There are no advance fees from merchants for introductions.

High-risk and bank-declined verticals are the customer base. Appetite is per funder via box rules, not a platform-wide industry ban list (except where federal law makes activity unservable). All 50 U.S. states + DC.
